To become a Dealer for a single territory of 250k population, you will need to invest approximately $35,000 in up-front costs to cover territory, materials, equipment and initial marketing. (Your work vehicle is not included) Naturally, if you decide to take on multiple territories simultaneously, your initial investment will increase incrementally.

Our chemistry has undergone field testing for more than 10 years and silicones are inherently inorganic and UV stable enabling us to meet the precise requirements needed to preserve asphalt shingles. We've commercialized the first waterborne silicone on the market which promotes environmental friendliness, nano particles to achieve deep penetration into asphalt shingles achieving chemical bonding for longterm protection. We offer a 10-15 year funded warranty guarantee on all roofs treated by our certified applicators, and in the unlikely event that a treated roof needs to be replaced, we will apply any remaining credits towards a new roof at our discretion.

Roofing manufacturer warranties are questionable and there have been class action lawsuits due to the challenge of getting a manufacturers claim approved. Most homeowners don’t have a copy of the warranty, know what material is on their roof, or don’t know the roofer who replaced their roof last. We haven't had any warranties voided due to technology being applied, although it is not in the interest of the roofing manufacturer to support a product that decreases their repeat material purchases.

While specific experience is not necessary, we are seeking individuals who possess the following qualities:

• Confidence in educating customers about the benefits of NANOTECHNOLOGY.

• Comfort on rooftops and no fear of heights

• Some sales, management, or business experience is preferred

• A minimum of $35,000 up-front investment for a single territory, and a larger investment for multiple territories

• A truck, trailer, or van exclusively dedicated to transporting and promoting the NANO Materials

A roofers or contractors license is not required in most markets and no building permit is needed as we are not altering the structural integrity or footprint of a building, although we advise you check your local area, to confirm.

Like most professions, being a dealer offers a variety of income opportunities that are dependent in part on the effort and dedication you invest in it. However, we have provided some example figures during our dealer masterclass to give you an idea of the earning potential.

Launching as a dealer usually takes between 6-8 weeks to complete. During this period, we will ensure that you receive comprehensive education on the Nanomaterials, and gain confidence in both sales and application processes. At the conclusion of your NANO training, you will take our certification test. Upon passing the test you'll be ready to start your business.

After being approved as a dealer, you are free to conduct research on the population of a particular area and propose a territory to us, as long as it has not already been assigned to another dealer. All territories are first come first serve to qualified dealers.

You cannot market outside your territory but you can do jobs that are referred to you outside your territory for 3% of the job revenue paid to the dealer who owns right to the surrounding territory.
